Hi Tara - As message too long it goes in 2 parts I was not in MTB in the last few years and was busy with other stuff. When I finally sorted it out I came to decision to get a new bike and start enjoying this again. At the same time I googled what is going on right now and what is the story with my heroes from the 90s and 2000s. You know, John Tomac, Ned Overend, Shaun Palmer, Missy Giove, Tinker Juarez, and yourself...new star of DH. I knew all about you just from Mountain Bike Action magazine what was at that time in Poland a quite an expensive magazine. Initially I was devastated finding an info about your crash and current state

but when I saw your eyes while you are talking about riding, and eyes of Stephen which glows when he mentioned about his beloved sport and your both desire to ride again all my fears demised. Honestly I found you the bravest and most determined biker. It really does not matter if on 2 or 4 wheels. Could you do to the mountain biking in general as much as you did during last over 3 years ? It just proved you are the CHAMPION!!! I wish I could be at TLC2011.... I know this is just a beginning of what you can do to this sport as well what you can do to help riders who crashed to ride again. And I know deeply in my heart you will taste the 2 wheel ride again! Be strong! Never give up! Be yourself! I wish you all the best on your singletrack. Hope to meet you some day.

I just wanted to thank you for actually replying to my comment. Honestly, you are a legend. To put all that time and effort back into the sport, after such an awful accident is amazing. I honestly wish that i could have as much drive and passion as you do!

I jsut gotta say that your AWESOME!! My brother is comming off a broken back from last october and it felt so cool to show him your story to keep him motivated to get back on the bike!
